For natural or legal persons acting in a business capacity to be able to submit the Quarterly report on the export or import of poppy straw in the preceding quarter to the Inspectorate of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (IOPL).

You are a natural or legal person acting in a business capacity and you hold a permit to export or import poppy straw.
When to use this service
Anyone who has imported or exported poppy straw is required to submit a quarterly report on the import or export of poppy straw during the preceding quarter to the Ministry of Health, by the 15th day of the first month of the calendar quarter.
