Publication and management of the National Qualification System

Main information

We manage and publish the National Qualification System through a state allowance organisation established for this purpose by the Ministry (hereinafter the “ministry organisation”) in electronic in a manner allowing remote access.

We always provide the following data about professional qualifications in the National Qualification System:

1. name and numerical identification (code) of the professional qualification
2. qualification standard for the given professional qualification, including connections to other qualifications
3. specification of the connection to a specific occupation4), for which the given professional qualifications demonstrate professional expertise
4. evaluation standard for the given professional qualification and data as to whether medical qualification is required to perform the examination
5. if it is a professional qualification which is part of full qualification, we also specify a list of all the connected professional qualifications, the acquisition of which is required to acquire full qualification in the manner as per Section 4(2)
6. name of the relevant authorising body
7. list of persons authorised to verify the achievement of the professional expertise required to acquire a certificate of the given professional qualification, including the data as per Section 15(b) through (f), pursuant to this Act
8. data as to whether the examination is conducted before an authorised person or before an examination committee, and in the case of an examination before an examination committee, the number of committee members for the given professional qualification

• are a person or entity that is interested in an examination in professional qualifications
• are an authorising body that manages professional qualifications
• are an authorising body that has been granted authorisation pursuant to Act No. 179/2006 Coll., on verification and recognition of the results of further education and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Recognition of Further Education).
