Handover of geological documentation

Main information

After the termination of mining activities, the organization is obliged to hand over to the district mining authority, among other things, geological documentation within 12 months.

The geological documentation contains information on the course and results of all activities carried out in the design, implementation and evaluation of geological works, the state and movement of mineral reserves, their losses or pollution and geological facts found during mining or mining activities, which are not currently geological works.

If you are an organization that has ceased mining, you are obliged to submit geological documentation to the district mining authority within 12 months of termination.

Within 12 months after the cessation of mining activities, it is necessary to submit documentation to the district mining authority.

It is necessary to have complete geological documentation for negotiations with the district mining authority.

The service can be solved by personal communication with the relevant District Mining Authority (office seat, registry office, protocol), or address postal items to this office.
