The types of selected mining apparates must be approved for use by the Czech Mining Authority before the first underground use.
When issuing this permit, the Czech Mining Authority also determines which selected mining apparates are subject to regular tests.
The Czech Mining Authority will determine the tests and submit the expert opinions required for the issuance of the permit; the tests will be ensured by the person applying for the permit.

What you need if you are using this service
To process it, it is necessary to submit a scanned application (if it is sent by a data box) or to make an electronic version of the application with an electronic signature.
An electronic form can also be used for communication.
The application shall be accompanied by a scanned description of the type of apparate as well as a scanned description of the conditions under which the new type of apparate is to be used for the first time.
