The customs office decides on the destruction of the precursor of explosives subject to restriction, if it is a precursor of explosives subject to restriction, the importation of which by a member of the general public from a country other than a member state of the European Union is prohibited; this also applies to substances or mixtures that are specified by government order (if such government order has been issued).
