What you need if you are using this service

When you visit the office, you, as the owner or operator of the vehicle, must submit supporting documents confirming the validity of the request together with the completed application form:

• an official document certifying the identity of the applicant,
• a trade certificate or an extract from the commercial register in the case of a natural person running a business or a legal entity,
• in the case of representation by proxy, a written power of attorney with a certified signature of the principal and proof of the identity of the authorised person.

Where and how to solve this service

The applicant may submit his/her application in person or send by post at any municipal office of the municipality with extended jurisdiction which carries out the vehicle registration agenda.

How much will you pay

The fee for issuing data from the Road Vehicle Register is CZK 100 for each request.
