Consent to the holding of a plastic explosive

At the request of the organization, the Czech Mining Authority will issue a consent to the production and holding of plastic explosives.

The organization must meet a number of conditions and also substantiate this with relevant documents. There is no legal right to issue consent.

Written request in a paper form. The application has a free form. 

The application must include, in particular, the identification of the applicant, data on the explosive (especially its technical parameters) and data on the place of production.

• in person at the registry office or
• by post.
