The Czech Mining Authority assesses professional competence and authorization to perform the function of technical blasting manager. It is not possible to carry out large-scale blasting work without obtaining a permit.

In good time before the intended implementation of large-scale blasting work. The deadlines for issuing authorizations are governed by the Administrative Procedure Code; it is also necessary to count on a period of about 2 months to verify professional competence.

What you need if you are using this service

For communication with the Czech Mining Authority in paper form, it is necessary to have the relevant documentation in paper form, which is attached to the application in paper form. The content of the application is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code.

The application shall be accompanied by these documents in paper form:

  • proof of good faith,
  • proof of medical fitness,
  • proof of experience.

In certain cases (including authorization of technical blasting master), it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal

How much will you pay

An administrative fee of CZK 1000 is paid for the issuance of an authorization.
