It is essential to have the relevant documents in paper form and to provide these documents to the district mining authorities or the Czech Mining Authority as part of control activities or administrative proceedings. 

These are documents that relate to the handling of a specific explosive, e.g. documents on the manufacturer of the explosive, on the composition of the explosive, records of the explosive, etc.

As part of administrative or control proceedings, it is possible to resolve the matter by personal communication with the Czech Mining Authority or with regional mining authorities (at the office's headquarters via the filing office or protocol), or address mail items to the appropriate office.
