Request for exemption from the obligation to repay a special aid allowance

Main information

If you have received a special aid allowance and have not fulfilled any of the conditions, you are required to repay the special aid allowance or a proportional part of it. However, you have the option to submit a written request to the Czech Labour Office to be exempted from the obligation to repay the special aid allowance or a proportional part of it, for example, due to the poor financial situation of the family.

This applies to you if

The obligation to repay the special aid allowance or a proportional part of it arises if:

• you did not use the allowance within 3 months from the date of its disbursement or within the period specified by the Labour Office,
• you did not use the full amount of the allowance within 3 months from the date of its disbursement or within the specified period,
• you ceased to be the owner of the special aid before the expiry of 60 calendar months from the date of disbursement or before the expiration of 84 calendar months in the case of a motor vehicle,
• you stopped using the special aid before the expiry of 60 calendar months from the date of disbursement or before the expiry of 84 calendar months in the case of a motor vehicle,
• you stopped repeatedly transporting yourself or being able to be transported by a motor vehicle, if the allowance was granted for the acquisition of a motor vehicle,
• you used the allowance contrary to the decision granting it,
• it is proven that you provided false or distorted information in the application for the allowance

and you wish to request an exemption from the obligation to repay the special aid allowance or a proportional part of it, for example, due to the poor financial situation of the family.

Submit the written and signed request in person at the contact office of the Czech Labour Office according to your place of permanent residence (place of residence) or send it by post.
