Authorisation to provide external alerts

Main information

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant authorisation to provide external warnings to the European Commission in the event of detected breaches of consumer protection legislation with a cross-border element.

This applies to you if

The authorisation may be granted to a legal entity whose main purpose in accordance with the founding legal act is the protection of consumer interests and which has been established in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic, has been active in the field of consumer protection for at least 2 years, is not established for profit-making purposes, is debt-free and has drawn up and deposited in the collection of documents of the public register annual reports or similar reports on its activities for at least the last 2 preceding financial years.

Documents proving that the legal entity has been established in accordance with the legislation of the Czech Republic, has been active in the field of consumer protection for at least 2 years, is not established for profit-making purposes, is debt-free, has drawn up and deposited in the collection of documents of the public register annual reports or similar reports on its activities for at least the last 2 preceding financial years.

What is the benefit of this service

Appeal options
