Termination of temporary residence for which a visa is not required

If you are staying in the territory on the basis of a residence that does not require a visa, the police may terminate your residence for example if:

• you deliberately disturb public order in a serious manner,
• you are staying in the territory without a valid travel document,
• you fail to provide proof of the means to stay in the territory or to present a certified invitation at the request of the police, or
• you are staying in the territory with a travel document which has been declared invalid or stolen by the authority of the issuing state

This applies to you if

You are a foreigner staying in the Czech Republic on the basis of a residence permit that does not require a visa and you commit one of the above-mentioned offences.
