Support from the EFEKT programme

The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides support from the state programme to support energy savings and the use of renewable and secondary energy sources – the EFEKT programme – based on the conditions set out in the Energy Management Act and related implementing regulations. The programme is implemented in the form of calls published on the Ministry website.

This applies to you if

You are a legal person, a natural person, or a natural person engaged in business, and you meet the conditions of the EFEKT programme, which are published in the form of calls for proposals on the Ministry website.

The dates and deadlines for submitting applications are indicated in the individual calls published on the Ministry of Industry and Trade website.

What you need if you are using this service

Only attachments to an application for a subsidy from the EFEKT programme may be sent in person or by post.

Where and how to solve this service

To successfully use the service, it is always necessary to submit the application electronically to the Unified Subsidy Portal.

After the necessary registration of the subsidy application on the Unified Subsidy Portal, you can submit the application with the mandatory attachments and other required documents depending on the call in person or by post to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

What you need if you are using this service

To submit an application, fill in the form on the Unified Subsidy Portal (USP).

Before submitting an application, you need to register with the USP indicating the e-mail, password, telephone, name, surname and, if applicable, the name of the organization.

The benefit of the service is obtaining a subsidy to implement energy-saving measures, to increase the efficiency of energy use, and to reduce energy intensity.

Appeal options

No appeal or remonstrance is admissible against an issued Decision of the subsidy provider. The procedure and the review procedure cannot be reopened.
