The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) provides support from national programmes based on the conditions set out in Act No 47/2002 on the support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and follow-up programmes approved by the government. The support is implemented in the form of calls, which are published on the Ministry of Industry and Trade website and on the BusinessInfo portal.

You are an entrepreneur who meets the conditions for the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) category, and you are interested in support from national programmes implemented under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

When to use this service

An applicant should submit an application for support from the national support programme under the responsibility of the MIT based on a call published on the Ministry website and the BusinessInfo portal.

What you need if you are using this service

Only attachments to an application for a subsidy from national programmes may be sent in person or by post.

To successfully use the service, it is always necessary to submit the application electronically to the MIT subsidy portal.

After the registration of the subsidy application on the MIT subsidy portal, you can submit the application with the mandatory attachments and other required documents depending on the call in person or by post to the Ministry of Industry and Trade:

What is the benefit of this service

The benefit of the service is the obtaining of a subsidy for the small and medium-sized enterprises category for activities related to the establishment of an enterprise, the solution of current problems associated with the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, and various forms of business development support.

Appeal options

No appeal or remonstrance is admissible against an issued Decision of the subsidy provider. The procedure and the review procedure cannot be reopened.
