You may file a complaint at any time; however, you are advised to file it as possible so that, where appropriate, it can be redressed in a timely manner.

  • your first name and surname,
  • your date of birth,
  • your permanent residential address (for citizens of another EU Member State, your temporary address),
  • the reason for your complaint, and
  • how you want your complaint to be resolved.
