Approval of a common programme of public and state higher education institution

A state higher education institution that has accredited at least one doctoral study programme may apply for accreditation of a master or other doctoral study programme provided in cooperation with a public higher education institution. A contract must be concluded in advance between these institutions defining the mutual obligations result from the common provision of the study programme. The conclusion of the agreement requires the approval of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and, at the same time, the Ministry of the Interior in the case of a police higher education institution and the Ministry of Defence in the case of a military higher education institution.
