It is necessary to make a personal submission to the relevant district mining authority, or send your submission by mail.

It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application.

Documentary forms are not available, the application is in free form; the content requirements are set out in the Administrative Procedure Code, Act No. 157/2009 Coll. on mining waste management.

The service can be solved by submitting a personal application (filing office, protocol) to the relevant district mining office, or to address a postal item to this office.

Fulfillment of the obligation of the operator to create a reserve of funds is one of the conditions for permitting the operation of the storage site.

Možnosti odvolání

Remedies are governed by the Administrative Procedure Code. It is possible to file an appeal against the decision of the district mining authority, which is decided by the Czech Mining Authority. 

The appeal is lodged with the district mining authority that issued the decision.
