Revocation of Accreditation of a Retraining Education Programme by the Authority

Main information

Accreditation may be revoked for two reasons:

  1. you are not complying with the accredited education programme (identified, for example, during a conducted inspection), or
  2. you are unable to ensure an adequate level of education (identified, for example, during an inspection at the educational institution).
The decision to revoke accreditation will be sent to you by Czech Post or by data message.

This applies to you if

You are an educational institution (a natural or legal person):

  • that holds valid accreditation to run retraining programmes, and
  • does not comply with the accredited education programme, or
  • is unable to ensure an adequate level of education.
