The higher education institution must notify the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of changes of data concerning their employees recorded in the Register of Associate Professors, Professors and Visiting Professors.

You are public, state or private higher education institution and data about your employers are listed in Register of Assosiate Professors, Professors and Visiting Professors.
When to use this service
Submit data to the register continuously, but no later than the tenth day after the end of the calendar month in which the decisive event occurred.

What you need if you are using this service
The data entered in the Register of Associate Professors, Professors and Extraordinary Professors can be found in the decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
The name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address of the employees authorised to transmit the data and the date of their authorisation must be attached to the data transmission.
Where and how to solve this service
Changes to the data entered in the register must be communicated to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports by data message. The acceptable format of the data message is XML.
