Request for removal from the register of schools and educational establishments by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports

At your request, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports will delete a school or school facility from the register of schools and school facilities.

This applies to you if

1. You are the founder or legal entity carrying out the activities of a school or school facility.
2. You want to delete a school or school facility from the register of schools and school facilities for which data is kept by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

Submit a request for deletion to the register of schools and educational establishments, including annexes.

Additional information

What is the benefit of this service

On the date on which the decision on removal from the register becomes final, the right to provide education and educational services and the right to issue educational documents provided for in this Act shall cease to exist for a legal person who has pursued the activity of a school or educational establishment, to the extent of such removal.

At the same time, within the scope of deletion, the entitlement to the allocation of funds from the state budget or from the budget of a territorial self-governing unit under this Act ceases.
