Request for Assignment of Access Credentials for Access to the Tax Information Box (DIS+)

If you are a natural person who wishes to use the Online Tax Office – Tax Information Box (DIS+) service either for yourself or for a legal entity that you are authorised to represent, you need an authentication method that allows you to log in to DIS+.

One of these authentication methods consists of access credentials assigned by the Financial Administration.

This applies to you if

You are:

  • a natural person who does not have a Citizen Identity or login credentials for any data mailbox, or
  • a foreign natural person who has login credentials for any data mailbox,

and you want to use the Online Tax Office - Tax Information Box (DIS+) service.

If you are a domestic natural person and have login credentials for a data mailbox, or if you have a Citizen identity (including a foreign one), you can log in to the Online Tax Office – Tax Information Box (DIS+) app directly, without having to request access credentials from the Financial Administration.

What you need if you are using this service

To submit the request electronically, complete the Request for Assignment of Access Credentials for DIS+ form available on the MOJE daně portal. 

If you are a foreign natural person with login credentials for any data mailbox, you can complete the entire process electronically. In other cases, after submitting the request, you must visit any tax office in person to verify your identity and activate your access credentials.

Where and how to solve this service

  1. If you are a domestic or foreign natural person without a citizen identity and without login credentials for any data mailbox, you can submit the request on the MOJE daně portal as follows:
    • Please fill in the required information as shown on your ID card.
      • Do not use pseudonyms or abbreviations – the information must be complete and accurate, otherwise your identity cannot be verified and the access credentials cannot be activated.

    • Check your details before submitting the form (they will be displayed in the next window).
      • Once submitted, the data cannot be corrected. If you have entered incorrect information, you must submit a new request for access credentials.

    • Submit the request. A username and request identifier will then be generated automatically.
      • The username, request identifier, and all the details entered in the request are also saved in an automatically generated PDF file. Be sure to download this file – you will need the request identifier when activating your access credentials at the tax office.

    • Visit any local tax office in person with your ID card.
    • After your identity has been verified, access credentials will be activated.
      • If your credentials are not activated within 30 days of submitting the request, the request and all related data will be deleted after this period.

  2. If you are a foreign natural person with login credentials for any data mailbox, you can submit the request in the Online Tax Office – Tax Information Box (DIS+) app.
    • Select the option to log in via a data mailbox and enter your login credentials. The Request for User Account Activation (Financial Administration Access Credentials) form will appear.
    • Fill in and submit the request and the system will generate your Username.
      • Be sure to download a copy of the request, which contains your Username.

    • Once processed, your access credentials for DIS+ will be issued and activated, and confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the request.
      • This service is available exclusively to users who hold one of the following roles in the data mailbox: authorised person, liquidator, receiver, or guardian of a legal entity.

What is the benefit of this service

Access credentials assigned by the Financial Administration allow you to activate and use DIS+ even if you do not have a Citizen identity or login credentials for a data mailbox, or if you are a foreign natural person with login credentials for a data mailbox.
