Main information
The service enables employers to notify the Labour Office of current vacancies and their characteristics. After the notification is received, the vacancy is recorded in the Czech Labour Office’s system and is published electronically on the Integrated Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and on the European Job Mobility Portal.
The basic characteristics of the vacancy are:
- type and place of work,
- minimum education required,
- skills required to do the job,
- basic information on working conditions and pay,
- whether or not the job is suitable for a person with a disability, and
- whether the job is permanent or fixed-term, stating the expected duration.
If the vacancy is marked as suitable for a non-national, non-nationals may apply for an employee or blue card.
Vacancies entered directly via the portal are subject to approval by an employee of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. A labour office employee may reject a vacancy due to an inappropriate job description, e.g. for discriminatory reasons.
This applies to you if
You are an employer, you have a vacancy and you are looking for employees.
