As an authorized person, you test according to the prescribed assessment and qualification standard and meet the conditions laid down by the Act on Recognition of Further Education Results.
When you applied for authorisation, you sent an application to the authority responsible for the professional qualification, where you filled in a number of basic data required by the above-mentioned law, such as:
- the name of the company,
- the registered office of the company,
- the names of the authorised representatives,
- integrity,
- legal capacity, etc.
When any information required by law changes, you, as an authorised person, are required to inform the authorizing authority that granted you the authorisation in writing of any changes that have occurred during the period of validity of the authorisation, within 15 days of the date on which you became aware of such a change.
These are both changes relating to the conditions that you had to fulfil in order to be authorised (e.g. integrity, full legal capacity, etc.) and changes relating to the details of authorised persons in the National Qualifications System in the list of authorised persons, including details of authorised representatives (e.g. contact address, e-mail, telephone number, name of authorised representatives, etc.).
Changes shall be reported to the competent authorizing authority for the professional qualification for which the authorisation was granted.

The authorizing authority approves the change notification by assessing the conditions under the Act on Recognition of Further Education Outcomes and subsequently informs you about the acceptance of the changes.
