The educational establishment that holds accreditation for the organisation of retraining programmes is obliged to notify the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports) of any changes that have occurred during the valid accreditation.
It can be, for example, a change of lecturers, a change of educational spaces, a renaming of the company, etc.
This applies to you if
Are you an educational establishment (natural or legal person) that:
- has been granted accreditation for the organisation of retraining programmes, which is currently still valid; and
- there have been some changes to your accredited retraining programmes (e.g. change of lecturers, change of educational premises, renaming of the company, etc.).
When to use this service
Changes are announced when they occur.
Not later than one month after the date on which such a change occurred.
