If you are a holder of a non-dual Employee Card and therefore have free access to the labour market, you can start new employment at any time.
You do not have to wait to receive the Notification of Fulfilment/Non-fulfilment of the Requirements for Change of Employment from the Ministry of the Interior.

You have a non-dual Employee Card and you want to change an employer or a work position.
When to use this service
You must report the change within 3 days from the date you started the new employment.

What you need if you are using this service
To report a change you can use a specific form, or write a report of change in a free form.
A report of change in free form must include:
- the name of the employer, the main office’s address and your place of work’s address, or
- your employment contract containing the above information.
All attachments must be in form of either an electronic original or an authorised conversion (except forms).
