The jobseekers register is a service that helps individuals seeking assistance from the Labour Office of the Czech Republic to find suitable employment. A jobseeker may also be a person who is currently employed, but is at risk of losing their job or wishes to find employment elsewhere.

A jobseeker registration application may be submitted at any branch of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic.

You will be registered as a jobseeker from the date on which you submit a jobseeker registration application.

What you need if you are using this service

You need to fill in the jobseeker registration application form. 

If you submit a jobseeker registration application to the Labour Office in person, you will require proof of identity (your identity card).

Completing the form is relatively straightforward and usually takes no longer than 15-20 minutes.

You need to fill in the jobseeker registration application form.

You can submit your application via the Integrated Portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

Completing the form is relatively straightforward and usually takes no longer than 10 minutes. 
If you wish to submit the form electronically via the website, you must have a data box or a qualified electronic signature certificate.

You can fill in the form and annexes separately on the Labour Office website – the online form and each of the annexes may be completed and submitted individually. Alternatively, you can fill them in as a single online form with annexes, where you fill in the form and annexes one by one before sending them electronically as a single submission.
