Provision of expert assistance in pension insurance matters

Main information

District social security administrations have a legal obligation to provide individuals and employers with expert assistance in social security matters, which includes pension insurance. If the person concerned is not a member of the armed forces, the Czech Social Security Administration also provides expert information and assistance in pension insurance matters.

If you are not a member of the armed forces, you can ask either your relevant district social security administration or, where applicable, the Czech Social Security Administration for expert information or assistance relating to pension insurance. There is a client centre (call centre) for this purpose at the headquarters of the Czech Social Security Administration.

This applies to you if

you are an individual (regardless of whether you receive a pension) or an employer and you need general information on pension insurance matters or specific expert information or assistance on your entitlement to a pension or, as an employer, on the fulfilment of your pension insurance obligations.

When to use this service

As an individual or an employer, you may ask your district social security administration or the Czech Social Security Administration client or call centre for expert information or assistance in pension insurance matters whenever you are unsure about anything relating to pension insurance.
