Prior consent to the determination of the mining area is a basic precondition for the future submission of an application for the determination of the mining area.

Make a personal submission to the Ministry of the Environment, or send your submission by mail. 

It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application.

The application can be submitted only by an entrepreneur who is a (mining) organization in the sense of the Mining Act.

There are no forms, the application has a free form.

The service can be solved at the Ministry of the Environment by personal submission (filing office, protocol), or by mailing to the Ministry of the Environment.

Kolik budete platit

An administrative fee of CZK 1,000 is paid for the issuance of a decision.

The issuance of prior consent makes it possible to apply for the determination of a mining area in the future. 

Možnosti odvolání

An appeal may be lodged against the decision of the Ministry. The Minister decides on the dissolution.
