Hlavní informace
The parent (or legal guardian of the child) has the option of requesting permission from the school principal to continue primary education after the pupil has completed compulsory school attendance, but no later than the pupil's 18th birthday. This is the case if a pupil has repeated a year once or twice and after 9 years of compulsory school attendance is in a year lower than year 9 or has not successfully completed year 9.
A pupil with special educational needs may, in exceptional cases, be permitted by the school principal to continue their primary education until the end of the school year in which the pupil reaches the age of twenty, or, in the case of pupils educated in a special primary school programme, until the age of twenty-six with the consent of the founder.
