Blasting operations can only be carried out with a permit. The District Mining Authority permits blasting operations

  • during mining activities
  • during activities carried out by mining methods and
  • in other activities.

When to use this service

If you are interested in carrying out blasting work, well in advance. The deadlines for issuing decisions are governed by the Administrative Procedure Code. 

Service settlement

What you need if you are using this service

The application must be submitted in paper form, to which the documentation in paper form must be attached. For large-scale blasting work, a technical blasting project must be developed, for small-scale blasting work and for other work associated with the use of explosives, a technological procedure.

The District Mining Authorities can be contacted by post made to the address of the registered office of the relevant district mining authority, or by personal filing at the filing office or orally in the minutes. In certain cases (including blasting operations), it is also possible to communicate via printed forms from the AIS SBS public portal

How much will you pay

An administrative fee of CZK 300 is paid for the issuance of a permit.
