Upon your request, a certificate of the fact that you are permitted to reside in the country or that you received a certificate of temporary residence can be issued to you, if you need such a certificate for any reason.
The certificate is issued as a certificate of the current residence or as a certificate of all hitherto permitted residences (referred to as the “residence history”).

What you need if you are using this service
An application for a certificate of residence is to be filed on a duly filled out application form.

Where and how to solve this service
An application for a certificate of residence can be filed at an office of the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy of the MOI (DAMP MOI).
Alternatively, you can send your filled out application form in accordance with the Rules of Administrative Procedure by mail to the official contacts of the MOI or directly to the office of DAMP MOI.

How much will you pay
There is an administrative fee of CZK 50.
If you apply in person, the administrative fee must be paid by credit card at a Ministry of the Interior office.
If you apply by post, the administrative fee must be paid by bank transfer via the payment details generator on the Information Portal for Foreigners.
