What is the benefit of this service
The insured person is no longer listed as one of your employees, and you are therefore no longer required to pay insurance contributions for them.

There is no appeal procedure.
Sanctions
As an employer, if you fail to notify the district social security administration of the date of termination of your employee’s employment, this constitutes an offence for which a fine of up to CZK 20 000 may be imposed.
