Submit to the Inspectorate of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances the documents for such an inspection. The requirements for completion will be specified in the inspection report, a copy of which you will receive at the time of the inspection.
Where and how to solve this service
You may submit the documentation in person via the mailroom, which requires your personal identification and signature verification, or send the form by post using a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:
