The employee has the right to request the organization to conduct investigations in the field of occupational safety and operation.

For personal or postal communication with the District Mining Authorities, it is necessary to have the employee's application in paper form, which is attached to the notification in paper form. It is also possible to attach the result of the investigation, if it has already been done.
