As a foreigner residing in the Czech Republic, you are obliged to report certain changes to the Ministry of the Interior. These obligations may change depending on your residence status.

The notification obligation applies mainly to changes of address, name, personal status and travel document details, but may vary depending on your residence status.

To report changes, you will need a form announcement of changes. The other requirements vary depending on the change you are reporting.

Kde a jak službu řešit

You can report a change in person at a Ministry of the Interior office from your catchment area or by post.

Original or certified copies of documents must always be submitted. Do not send the original travel document and residence permit by post.
