Provide a proposal indicating:

  • the field in which you are applying for habilitation,
  • curriculum vitae,
  • evidence of higher education and relevant degrees,
  • evidence of teaching experience,
  • list of scientific, professional and artistic works
  • list of internships
  • other evidence of scientific or artistic qualifications, if applicable and
  • habilitation thesis.

Where and how to solve this service

The proposal is submitted to the dean of the faculty that has accreditation for the field of habilitation or to the rector if the higher education institution has accreditation.

How much will you pay

The higher education institution may set a fee for the acts related to the habilitation procedure. The amount of the fee is published on official notice board of the higher education institution.
