The population register is one of the four basic registers in Czechia, and is used to share data across public administrations.

If a multilingual standard form is attached to the extract of data from the population register, the fee of CZK 100 is charged.

You will receive an extract of the data kept about you in the population register which will give you an overview of the data held on you in the population register.
In addition, an extract of data from the population register can be used as a document confirming the address of a place of residence.
Where a multilingual standard form is attached to this extract, no official translation is required in a Member State of the European Union.
