The reporting obligation, i.e. the obligation to complete the statistical statements for the relevant year, is laid down in the statistical survey programme. This programme shall specify, for each survey, the range of reporting agents concerned by the completion and submission of specific statements. The criterion for which statements the reporting agent will submit is its classification according to the Classification of Economic Activities (CZ-NACE) and whether the specific survey is exhaustive (overall) or selective, with the sample of units determined on the basis of mathematical-statistical methods (they are different for each economic sector). In addition, there are reports to be filled in by all reporting agents, regardless of their sectoral affiliation. Detailed information can be found directly in the wording of Act No 89/1995 on the State Statistical Service or in the statistical survey programme. Information on the system of electronic data collection using the DANTE WEB application can be found on the website of the Czech Statistical Office in the section Data collection >> On-line reporting (DANTE WEB). Electronic data collection means that you fill in the report directly on your computer and send it via the Internet. In this case, make a so-called qualified estimate, i.e. estimate the expected figure. This procedure is fully in line with the long-established practice in other European countries and has been approved as compliant with EU regulations and methodologies. If necessary, you can contact the processor indicated on the cover page and agree on the possibility of submitting a statement by an alternative deadline, taking into account the end of your marketing year. Frequently asked questions and answers on how to fill in the statistical forms of the Czech Statistical Office can be found on the website of the Czech Statistical Office. You can also ask your own question, which we will of course answer.
