An entrepreneur is required by law to notify changes in the requisites of the declared or licensed trade. The Trade Licensing Office will assess the notified changes and, depending on the result, will enter the change in the Trade Licensing Register; for licensed trades, it will amend the decision to grant a concession.
You are an entrepreneur carrying out a registered or licensed trade.
As an entrepreneur, you are required to notify the Trade Licensing Office of all changes concerning the data and documents specified for the registration of a trade or the application for a concession, and to submit documents on these within 15 days of the date on which the changes occur. This does not apply to amendments and additions already entered in the basic registers, in the commercial or other public register, in the register of beneficial owners or in the information system of the population register if you are a Czech citizen, or in the information system of foreigners if you are a foreign national doing business in Czechia.

By notifying the changes, you are complying with the requirement set out in the Trade Licensing Act.
You may appeal against a decision of the municipal trade licensing office amending the decision to grant a concession, or more exactly a decision to approve a new responsible representative for a licenced trade, under the relevant provisions of Act No 500/2004, the Code of Administrative Procedure (Sections 81 and 82).
For failure to comply with the notification obligation, an entrepreneur may be subject to a fine of up to CZK 20 000.
