Award of a social scholarship

A scholarship awarded to a student in a difficult social situation. It is also granted to a student who is entitled to child benefit according the Act on State Social Support, if the family's qualifying income assured for child benefit purposes does not exceed the product of the family's subsistence minimum and a coefficient of 1.5.

You are a student of higher education institution, whose qualifying family income for child benefit purposes does not exceed the product of the family's subsistence amount and a coefficient of 1.5.

When to use this service

If you are in a difficult social situation and you have a written certificate issued at your own request by a state social support authority that the family income determined for the purposes of child benefit for the third calendar quarter of the year did not exceed the product of the family's subsistence minimum and a coefficient of 1.5.
