Authorisation pursuant to the Act on Verification and Recognition of Further Education Results and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Act on Recognition of Further Education Results) for the performance of the professional qualification examination is granted on the basis of an application for authorisation submitted by you by a specific authorizing body which, according to its substantive competence, has a given professional qualification listed in the National Qualifications System (NQS).

Authorization shall be granted by the competent authorizing authority according to the designation in the National Qualifications System na narodnikvalification.cz for each professional qualification within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application to the competent authorizing authority and after fulfilment of all the requirements laid down by the Act on Recognition of Further Education Results.

Authorisations shall be valid for 5 years.
Verification and recognition is carried out by the authorising body through so-called authorised persons.
An authorised person is a person who has the authority to verify, in the manner defined in the relevant assessment standard, the applicant’s attainment of professional competence – that is to say, the authority to examine and issue certificates of recognition of professional qualifications.
An authorised person may be any natural, natural or legal person who fulfils the conditions laid down by law.

Submission of an application for authorisation under the Act on Recognition of Further Education Results is subject to an administrative fee of CZK 1,500 per professional qualification.
