The main benefit for your clients is the service of a CzechTrade foreign office employee who is permanently present in the relevant market abroad and has the necessary contacts and information that you would otherwise have to obtain in a complicated and expensive way. This represents significant savings in cost and time, with the guarantee provided by a Czech government agency.

Appeal options

You can complete a satisfaction questionnaire after each service. If you are not fully satisfied, a CPM (corrective preventive measure) will be prepared.
