What you need if you are using this service

To make an appointment, no form is required. You just need to prepare a document number (e.g. passport or residence permit). The name and surname, document number and date of birth are usually required for making an appointment. 

Where and how to solve this service

You can make the appointment online on the Information Portal for Foreigners or by calling the Appointment line. 

In order to use the online reservation system, you must first create a user account on the Information Portal for Foreigners.

What is the benefit of this service

Early reservation saves you time. We recommend making an appointment before visiting the office. In the event that the office is at capacity, the issue of appointment tickets for clients without appointment may be terminated well before the end of office hours. Clients from outside the catchment area will only be attended if the capacity of the office on that day allows.
