Through the eRecept web and mobile application, the patient has access to all data held about him/her, including the drug record, the setting of consents to it and the amount of the surcharge limit, including the amount that remains until the limit is exhausted. The web and mobile application is accessed by the patient using the services of the National Point for Identification and Authentication (NIA).
This applies to you if
You are a patient and want to view all your prescriptions, vaccinations and other data displayed through the drug record. In the application, you can also set your consents to view the drug record, including the possibility to grant individual consent for a specific doctor or pharmacist. The application also allows the granting of an authorisation to another person to consult the drug record and to manage consents, or to receive such authorisation from another person. In addition, it is also possible to monitor data on the amount of the drug surcharge limit, including the amount that remains until the limit is exhausted.
When to use this service
You can start the service at any time.
However, in order to access the web and mobile application, it is necessary to first arrange one of the methods for logging into the National Identification and Authentication Point (NIA), which you will then use for logging into the web and mobile application of the eRecept system.

What you need if you are using this service
Have access to the National Identification and Authentication Point (NIA), one of the ways offered by the NIA:
- eGovernment mobile key (mobile application)
- eCitizen (electronic ID card with activated chip)
- NIA ID (name, password, SMS - necessary visit CzechPOINT)
- IIG - International ID Gateway
- First certification authority, a.s. (identity commercial certificate)
- mojeID
- BANK IDENTITY (login with access data to internet banking)

Where and how to solve this service
The web application can be accessed either directly via the eRecept web application portal, or also via a service within the Citizens’ Portal.
- In the web or mobile application, select "Choose how to sign in".
- You will be redirected to the NIA website, where you will log in to the NIA in the manner you have chosen.
- NIA will ask you to give your consent to the release of your data to the State Institute for Drug Control (for the purpose of your identification).
- Once you have given your consent, you will be redirected back to the web application, which you can start using immediately.
The mobile application is available for download for Android (GooglePlay) and iOS (AppStore).
All you have to do is log in to complete the service.

What is the benefit of this service
The main advantages of the web and mobile application for patients:
- complete information on eRecipes (not only prescribed, but also dispensed medicinal products),
- complete information about ePouchers (not only prescribed, but also issued medical devices),
- information on vaccinations carried out (vaccination records);
- history of accesses to your data (e.g. who consulted your medical record and when);
- detailed setting of the possibility of viewing your drug record (the possibility of completely disabling the consultation, or, for example, granting individual consent for a specific doctor or pharmacist),
- the possibility of accessing eRecipes, ePouchers and vaccinations of their minor children and the management of consents to their drug record,
- the possibility of granting or accepting authorisation (to consult the drug record and to manage consents); and
- information on the amount of the limit on medical supplements, including the amount remaining until that limit is exhausted.
