Based on a request from a non-European foreign higher education institution, the Ministry may decide to extend the domestic authorisation to other foreign higher education study programmes.
This applies to you if
You are a non-European foreign higher education institution and you are interested in providing other foreign higher education programmes.
When to use this service
You can apply for an extension of domestic authorisation anytime you consider providing other higher education programmes. The Ministry decides on the application within 150 days.

What you need if you are using this service
You need:
- a written application for extension of the domestic authorisation;
- documents proving its establishment and operation in the home country as a state-recognized higher education institution;
- information about the statutory bodies;
- the place of implementation of foreign educational or creative activities in a foreign higher education study programme in the Czech Republic;
- information about the study;
- accreditation document or other form of recognition of the foreign higher education study programme that would be provided in the Czech Republic;
- a document or declaration of the applicant's authorization under the legislation of the home country to provide foreign higher education in the Czech Republic;
- a proof of a payment of administrative fee.
