Choosing a method for dealing with insolvency

The insolvency court decides how insolvency is to be dealt with. Rehabilitation methods are considered further to a proposal from either the debtor or the creditors.

The insolvency court decides whether the debtor is insolvent and, if so, how the insolvency is to be dealt with (the insolvency method may be included in the same decision or decided separately).
