The philosophy of the Procurement Roadmap platform (ROZZA) is to unify the approach of procurement tools towards suppliers. The main objective is to make it as easy as possible for suppliers to access contracts so that they are able to search for a public contract and submit a tender from one place and with one user account.
The ROZZA platform respects the different requirements for the functionality of electronic tools by individual contracting authorities. This platform will therefore fully preserve the competitive environment in the market for electronic instruments and continue to give contracting authorities the opportunity to choose the one that suits them best.

The ROZZA portal is part of the optimisation of the National Infrastructure for Electronic Procurement (NIPEZ) system in line with the action plan on the Strategy to Digitise Public Procurement for the period 2016–2020.
