SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Upon your request, a certificate of the fact that you are permitted to reside in the country or that you received a certificate of temporary residence can be issued to you, if you need such a certificate for any reason.
The certificate is issued as a certificate of the current residence or as a certificate of all hitherto permitted residences (referred to as the “residence history”).
THIS APPLIES TO YOU, IF you need to obtained a certificate of your residence.

WHAT YOU NEED, IF YOU USE THE SERVICE ELECTRONICALLY
An application for a certificate of residence (referred to as the “residence history”) is filed on a duly filled out application form.
The forms are available on the website of the Ministry of the Interior.
WHERE AND HOW TO USE THE SERVICE ELECTRONICALLY
Send your filled out application form in accordance with the Rules of Administrative Procedure to the official contacts of the MOI by e-mail with an advanced electronic signature, with all attachments being in the format of authorised conversion (via the filing office of the MOI CR), or to the data box (to DB MOI CR).
Subsequently, you will be requested to pay the administrative fee.

HOW MUCH YOU WILL PAY FOR THE ELECTRONIC PROCESSING
There is an administrative fee of CZK 50 charged for a certificate of residence for each (even started) page. The administrative fee needs to be paid in the form of fee stamps, which can be purchased, for example, at the offices of Česká pošta, s. p. (Czech Post Office).
Stick the fee stamps in the designated space on the application form. The fee can also be paid by a transfer to the bank account, which is stated in the request for payment of the administrative fee.

An application for a certificate of residence is to be filed on a duly filled out application form.

If you come to an office of the MOI in person, the application form will be printed out for you.
WHERE AND HOW TO USE THE SERVICE IN PERSON; WHERE TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS BY MAIL
An application for a certificate of residence can be filed at an office of the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy of the MOI (DAMP MOI).
Alternatively, you can send your filled out application form in accordance with the Rules of Administrative Procedure by mail to the official contacts of the MOI or directly to the office of DAMP MOI.
