Renewal of liquidation

If previously unknown assets of a legal entity are discovered after it has been removed from the public register, or if another interest worthy of legal protection emerges, a court, on the motion of a person proving that they have a legal interest in the matter, cancels the deregistration of the legal entity, issues a liquidation order, and appoints a liquidator. From the time it is re-registered, the legal entity is viewed as never having been wound up.
